Return Policy

 General Return Policy

  • All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Customer Service through any of the methods provided.
  • Any return for a refund may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any defective products return will not be charged restocking fee.
  • Any return item that was shipped free will be accessed actual shipping fee from the return amount.
  • If you return any products that are not eligible for return, it will be sent back to you at your cost and expense. Following outlines ineligible returns:
    • Any product not purchased from kookik.com
    • Any product that's opened and consumed.
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging originally included with the product
    • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage

Standard Return Policy

  • This is our Standard Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which kookik.com states "This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 14 days only") must be returned to kookik.com within 14 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. "Return" constitutes receipt of the product by kookik.com, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

Limited Replacement Only Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: non-refundable
  • Return for replacement within: 14 days
  • Products that state "This item is covered by kookik.com's Replacement Only Return Policy", or items labeled as "Non-refundable" (or similar labeling) must be returned to kookik.com within 14 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item, if the original is no longer available. "Return" constitutes receipt of the product by kookik.com, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.
